After Andrea Brillantes made headlines for receiving an Instagram follow from Justin Bieber, former Hashtag member, actor Nikko Natividad playfully showed off his own celebrity follow, Hollywood star and TV host Terry Crews.
Natividad shared a screenshot of his name on the following list of Crews, who rose to fame for his role in the buddy cop comedy film “White Chicks” and the police procedural sitcom “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.”
“You thought it was just you [Andrea],” Natividad wrote on Instagram tagging Brillantes’ account. “Next time, John Wick will be the one to follow me.”
The Kapamilya actor also included the lyrics of Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles” as a reference to a scene in “White Chicks.”

On May 10, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that Brillantes was among the 835 users that Bieber was following after a purge on his Instagram.
As of this writing, the “Senior High” actress has not yet shared her reaction to both Natividad’s post and Bieber’s follow.
Meanwhile, in February, “White Chicks” lead actor Marlon Wayans got fans hopeful after he hinted that a second installment of the 2004 comedy hit could be on the horizon.
Marlon co-starred with his brother Shawn in the film as they portrayed two Black male FBI agents who disguise themselves as white heiresses who are potential kidnapping targets.
In 2023, Crews also expressed his hope for a sequel in the future. “I am staying in shape. Listen, whenever they call, I’m ready,” he told Entertainment Tonight at that time.
“White Chicks” was a blockbuster after it grossed a worldwide total of $113.1 million despite coming from a production budget of $37 million.
