Bianca de Vera temporarily exits PBB house to bid farewell to late dog

Bianca de Vera temporarily left the “Pinoy Big Brother” house after she was given a few minutes to say goodbye to her pet dog Peach who recently passed away.

Peach’s unfortunate condition was first made public by de Vera’s mom who asked for prayers for their pet via social media, saying the dog only had 24 hours to live.

Big Brother then allowed De Vera’s mom to talk to her to inform her of Peach’s passing. During the mother and daughter’s conversation, De Vera was visibly heartbroken as she covered her face while sobbing.

Big Brother gave De Vera the chance to see her pet one last time as he allowed her to exit the house temporarily. The housemates, for their part, consoled de Vera and prayed for her.

“Peach is my best friend. Nag-iisang [anak] lang po ako so Peach din po was like a sister to me,” de Vera said. “I got her when I was around 17. I didn’t expect to love her that much but she was my world. Gagawin ko lahat para sa kanya, and I know she would do the same for me.”

The next day, she left the house and was given five minutes to be alone with Peach at the memorial service for the latter. De Vera once again broke into tears as she walked toward Peach who was lying on a table, surrounded with flowers.

De Vera was also given 100 seconds to be with her parents and grieve Peach’s death.

De Vera, dubbed Ang Sassy Unica Hija ng Taguig, entered the “PBB” house last March.  /ra
