Kyline Alcantara chooses ‘peace, respect’ amid Jackie Forster’s claims

Kyline Alcantara has opted not to respond to the controversies surrounding her breakup with Kobe Paras, as the actress hopes to “maintain the respect for the people who have been part of her life.”
Sparkle GMA Artist Center, the talent management company that handles Alcantara’s career, released a statement regarding the matter on Tuesday, April 29.
“Kyline would like to move on with this issue. She has chosen to keep her peace and maintain the respect for the people who have been part of her life. She hopes we can all move on and put this issue to rest,” the statement reads.

Alcantara did not expound on the statement, but she recently took to her Instagram page to celebrate reaching 4.9 million followers on Instagram.
The actress marked the milestone by sharing a video of herself, glammed up while vibing to Charli xcx’s “party 4 u.”

Alcantara and Paras’ dating status was confirmed to the public in November 2024. Speculations of breakup then arose in April after eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the pair unfollowed each other and removed their photos together on Instagram.
Paras’ mom, former actress Jackie Forster, then intrigued fans after she shared a cryptic quote about manipulation, adding the hashtag “mama with receipts.”
Forster later released a statement to defend her son from the apparent hate he had been receiving from Alcantara’s fans. Forster claimed that Alcantara had been “playing with Kobe’s mental health” and that she “physically assaulted” him.
The celebrity mom further disclosed that Kobe lived with the actress’ family for a time and had encounters with her parents “that really put him off.”
These claims were then refuted by Alcantara’s brother and close friends, who supposedly lived with the couple in the same house, saying Alcantara was never manipulative or abusive.
Paras has yet to publicly comment on the matter as of this writing.
