While Kyline Alcantara has yet to speak up on the controversies surrounding her split with Kobe Paras, her brother and close friends came to her defense and belied the accusations of the latter’s mom Jackie Forster against the actress.
Forster earlier released a video in which she defended her son from apparent hate from the public. She also made claims that Kyline “[has] been playing with Kobe’s mental health” and that she “physically assaulted” him.
The celebrity mom revealed as well that Kobe lived with Kyline’s family and that he had encounters with her parents “that really put him off.”
Zamantha, the girlfriend of Kyline’s brother Robin, then released a lengthy statement to answer the points raised by Forster.
“As a mother, I respect your instinct to protect your family. However, having lived with Kyline and Kobe, I saw the situation up close, and I can confidently say much of what has been said is untrue and deeply misleading,” Zamantha began.
“Kobe confided in me before he left, and I listened with empathy because mental health is important. His feelings are valid but so is the truth. The narrative being pushed twists facts and unfairly attacks Kyline’s character,” she stressed.
Zamantha then pointed out how Forster’s actions of “dragging Kyline’s name and casting untruthful accusations” were “irresponsible.”
“Kyline is not, and has never been, manipulative or abusive. She has been nothing but supportive toward Kobe,” Zamantha said, condemning Forster for her supposed “public attacks disguised as concern.”

In a separate post on her Instagram Stories, Zamantha urged netizens to “see the bigger picture,” lamenting how Kyline is being “painted as the villain.”

Robin, for his part, shared screenshots of the quotes his mom shared on social media which were apparently taken by the “other side” as cryptic posts. He pointed out that his mom has been sharing similar quotes since January, when all was apparently still well between Kyline and Kobe.

In a separate lengthy post, Trisha Villanueva, Kyline’s friend who apparently stayed at the actress’ house along with the pair and her family, called out Forster for supposedly leaving out “so many details” in her statement.
Villanueva said Forster did not make mention of the part where “Kobe had to restrict his conversations with two girls on Instagram.”
“Where was the part na Kobe was also aggressively telling Kai (Kyline) na ‘ARE YOU CHEATING ON ME?! YOU’RE DISGUSTING?!’ even if she was only talking to someone na Kobe knows damn well na kababata ni Kai?” Villanueva said. “PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED him?? Big words lol, have you forgotten how tall and big your son is?! Kai literally looks like a baby hamster beside Kobe.”

Villanueva further noted that the actress “had every right to be hurt” after Kobe was seen with another girl in Bali immediately after their falling-out.
“Kai’s parents treated Kobe as their own and he knows it. We all slept in the same house. I witnessed him being so spoiled by the whole family,” Villanueva said. “Stop trying to force out things that aren’t true just because you know Kai is silent.”
Concluding her post, Villanueva said, “NO TO VICTIM BLAMING.”

Forster as well as Kobe has yet to comment on these statements as of this writing.
