Cristine Reyes follows Marco Gumabao again on Instagram, mum on split rumors

Cristine Reyes has again followed boyfriend Marco Gumabao on Instagram amid rumors that they have split up.

Two days after she unfollowed Gumabao, the actor’s name is back on her Instagram following list as of Sunday, April 27. However, photos of both of them were apparently removed from her account.

Meanwhile, Gumabao has not followed Reyes yet, as of writing. Photos containing glimpses of his relationship with the actress can still be found on his page.

The couple has been hounded by breakup rumors after netizens noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram. Neither Reyes nor Gumabao have addressed the status of their relationship, as of this writing.

Gumabao and Reyes went public with their romance in April 2023, although it remains unknown when they started dating. He has been vocal about his admiration for his girlfriend, as he revealed that he has had a crush on her since 2015.

In a February 2024 interview, Gumabao admitted that he is open to settling down with Reyes in the future, and they already talked about the “long view” of their relationship.

Prior to dating Gumabao, Reyes was previously married to mixed martial artist Ali Khatibi from 2016 to 2023. They have one child together, Amarah.

Gumabao is running for congress in Camarines Sur’s 4th district.
