Jackie Forster to son Kobe Paras: ‘Protect that peace’

Former actress Jackie Forster reminded her son, basketball player Kobe Paras, to protect his “peace” amid speculations that he had a falling-out with his girlfriend, Kyline Alcantara.
Forster left a comment on Paras’ latest Instagram post, writing, “Please protect that peace we have been working so hard to achieve [red heart emoji].”

This comes after Paras unfollowed Alcantara on Instagram and Forster intrigued netizens by dropping a quote about manipulation amid the pair’s rumored split.
On April 21, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that Alcantara removed Paras from her following list amid rumors that he was spotted with a mystery girl in Bali, Indonesia.
The pair initially sparked breakup rumors after they both deleted some of each other’s photos on their respective Instagram pages.
As of writing, Paras and Alcantara have yet to deny or confirm the breakup rumors.

In a recent magazine cover story, Alcantara emphasized that she is currently trying hard to protect her peace.
“I just protect my peace. There are days when you cannot silence the noise; it’s drowning. But you cannot just sink; you need to focus again and float above the surface by listening to the voices that matter to you,” the actress told Cosmopolitan Philippines.
The “Shining Inheritance” actress also noted that right now, her priority is herself, while her family, friends and work come second.
“Recently, I’ve realized that you need to fill your own cup before you fill someone else’s cup. Because that’s the most important thing in the world—yourself,” she explained.
In November 2024, Paras confirmed that he and Alcantara were dating.
