Blackpink’s Rosé among TIME’s 100 Most Influential People

Rosé of South Korean girl group Blackpink was named as one of “The 100 Most Influential People of 2025” by TIME magazine.
She was selected by one of the “Pioneers” in the annual list published on Wednesday in the US.
“She’s such as dynamic performer and songwriter, and I think it’s incredible that she’s able to captivate arenas full of people as both a member of the biggest girl group in the world and also as a solo artist,” gushed actor and producer Lily Collins in the accompanying article, touting the artist as “the definition of an icon and a boss.”

In response to the kind words from the “Emily in Paris” actress, Rosé shared her feelings on her Instagram Stories. “Excuse me!!!! The most adorable Lily Collins, you’re about to bring me to tears!!!”
In a separate story, the “APT” singer remarked, “What an incredible thing to wake up to!!! Thanks, TIME, and number ones.”
Rose is staying on Billboard’s Hot 100 for 25 weeks in a row with Bruno Mars collaboration “APT.” which ranked No. 13 on the chart dated April 19. The catchy tune is a prerelease from her first solo LP, “Rosie,” that ranked No. 98 on Billboard 200 in its 18th week.
