Barbie Imperial roasts herself after viral ‘Migraine’ performance

Barbie Imperial poked fun at herself after she botched the lyrics of Moonstar 88’s “Migraine” during a recent live performance with Alexa Miro in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
Imperial took to TikTok to share a video of herself laughing and trying to recall the correct word to the lyrics she got confused with.
“Dahil hindi na ____? A. Makatawa, B. Makakain, C. Makatulog,” read the text, with the OPM band’s song playing in the background.
In the caption, she wrote, “Sorry po [Moonstar88] [crying emoji].”
In the clip that circulated online, Imperial and Miro were captured singing out of sunc with each other as they uttered different lyrics to the song.
Imperial messed up the lyrics twice, singing “’Di na makatawa” and “’Di na makatulog” instead of “’Di na makatulog, ‘di na makakain,” before laughing it off on stage while Miro tried to hold back her giggle.

The video quickly garnered hilarious reactions from netizens as they teased the duo to agree and discuss the correct lyrics first before going on stage.
“It’s giving migraine talaga ha,” wrote one fan page.
“Pag usapan niyo muna. Willing to wait kami,” pitched in another netizen.
“Tara, sa stage na tayo mag-practice?” teased one IG user.

Imperial and Miro, who were real-life best friends, served as performers for the Team Marcos Laoag Proclamation Rally 2025 concert.
Last month, the two girls had an “unforgettable” evening with First Lady Liza Marcos at the 2025 Manila International Film Festival (MIFF) in Los Angeles, California.
Miro was previously romantically linked with the First Lady’s son, Ilocos Norte Rep. Sandro Marcos, which she eventually denied, stating that he was just one of her closest friends.
