Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez and Katina Llegado were the only two international beauty queens to make it to the Top 10 in the final round of voting for the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 popularity poll.
The national pageant released the the names of the 10 delegates who amassed the most votes in the third and final round of its popularity online poll on social media on Wednesday evening, April 16.
Here are the ladies who made it, in alphabetical order:
– Bago City (Filipino Society of San Francisco), Kayla Jane Unison

– Benguet, Maiko Ibarde
– Iligan, Juliana Acut Fresado

Voting for the “Runway Showcase” began April 1 to 15. The first round of the popularity polls, which ran from March 1 to 15, was for the “Personality Showcase,” while the second round for the “Swimsuit Showcase” was from March 16 to 31.
Ibarde was the only delegate to be among the top vote-getters in all three rounds of voting. The three ladies who amassed the highest number of votes from the entire voting duration between March 1 and April 15 will earn slots in crucial stages of the final competition.
All three ladies who got the most votes will advance to the semifinals, while the two with the highest number of votes will automatically enter the next round. The highest vote-getter, meanwhile, will gain an automatic slot in the final round of the competition.
Marquez is the first Asian winner of the Reina Hispanoamericana crown. She won the title in 2017 as the first entry from the continent. Llegado, meanwhile, was “Quinta Finalista” (fifth runner-up) in the same competition’s 2019 edition.
Llegado is a well-traveled professional fashion model who has walked the runway in other countries, along with Jauod, who is just taking part in her first national pageant.
The MUPH coronation show will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on May 2. Chelsea Manalo, the first-ever Miss Universe Asia titleholder, will relinquish her national crown to her successor at the end of the competition.
The eventual winner will represent the Philippines in the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand in November, and try to become the fifth Filipino woman to bring home the crown.
