Miss Universe Victoria Theilvig to attend Miss Universe Philippines 2025 coronation

Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig will attend the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 coronation on May 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, the national pageant organization announced on social media.
Theilvig was earlier confirmed to return to the Philippines to attend the national pageant’s charity gala night at Okada Manila in Parañaque City on April 30, and it is now confirmed that she is extending her stay for the contest’s finale.
“Stars wil align as our reigning Miss Universe and her continental queens, including our very own Chelsea Manalo, grace the much-awaited finals,” the Miss Universe Philippines posted on social media on Wednesday, April 16.
Manalo is one of the international pageant’s continental queens, having been proclaimed as the first-ever Miss Universe Asia after last year’s competition in Mexico.
Joining Theilvig and Manalo are Miss Universe first runner-up and Miss Universe Africa and Oceania Chidimma Adetshina from Nigeria, Miss Universe Americas Tatiana Calmell from Peru, and Miss Universe Europe and Middle East Matilda Wirtavouri from Finland.
The five international beauties are reunited now in Thailand for the first time since receiving their respective titles in Mexico in November last year. The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) announced back then that international travels await the queens.
The four continental queens will also join Theilvig at the 2025 Miss Universe Philippines Charity Gala Night. The national pageant’s National Costume Showcase will be staged on the same evening.
Before Theilvig, 2022 Miss Universe R’Bonney Gabriel and 2021 Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu also attended the Miss Universe Philippines coronation during their respective reigns, while 2023 winner Sheynnis Palacios visited the Philippines before the national pageant’s finale last year.
