Reigning Miss Earth Jessica Lane will be back in the Philippines this month, her third trip to the country after winning her crown in Manila last year.
The Manila-based international pageant announced on social media on Tuesday morning, April 15, that the Australian journalist-turned beauty queen will visit the country again.
“From Australia, her next stop will be the popular Philippine tourist destination, BOHOL on EARTH DAY – April 22 to 24!” the Miss Earth pageant posted.

Lane had just visited the Philippines in January for a round of media interviews, a school tour, and a series of environmental projects. After flying to Indonesia, she returned in February to visit Negros Oriental.
She earned her title in tje 24th Miss Earth pageant in Manila in November last year, and now serves as an ambassador of sustainability, pushing for environmental awareness, and promoting projects that help save the planet.
After her three-day visit in Bohol, Lane will be in the Gigantes Islands from April 25 to 28. The Miss Earth pageant had not disclosed any other destination after her Visayan sojourn.
The Miss Earth pageant is set to mark its 25th edition this year. Established by Carousel Productions in 2001, the international platform continued to hold competitions every year, even during the COVID-19 pandemic when it conducted two virtual contests and a hybrid edition.
