The Batman collection, on the other hand, will include the original Bat-O-Rang prop used by Burt Ward as Robin aka Dick Grayson and the original green Riddler question mark suit jacket and vest worn by Frank Gorshin as The Riddler in the pilot episode and feature film version of the “Batman” television series.

Aside from the aforementioned, the auction is also set to feature memorabilia from the talk show “Late Night with David Letterman,” sketch comedy variety show “Saturday Night Live,” American sitcom “All in the Family,” and police procedural and legal drama series “Law & Order.”

The auction also comes with a special limited-time pop-up that features a curated installation gallery of unforgettable moments and select artifacts from the beloved shows as Julien partners with RiseNY, a popular immersive attraction in the heart of Midtown.

“This Smithsonian Institution quality collection features pinnacle pieces of American pop culture across all the eras, genres and platforms viewers have consumed television […] Julien’s will be bringing all of your favorite shows and characters to life in this premium once in a lifetime sale,” said Catherine Williamson, managing director for Entertainment of Julien’s Auctions.

The auction is set to take place on May 7 to 8 at Julien’s Studios in Los Angeles.
