Social media personality Aira Lopez is not one to back down from unsolicited comments as she responded to a netizen who said that her boyfriend, Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste, looks as if he’s her father.
Lopez and Leviste made a video shared on her Facebook page on Monday, March 31, in which the politician is seen lip-synching to a vow of love and dedicating it to the former.
In the caption, Lopez quipped about the apparent similarities in the facial features of Leviste and President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr.
Netizens chimed in via the comments section and made remarks about Leviste’s looks as well. Lopez then gamely responded to them, but one Facebook user seemingly irked her with the comment “Sa unang tingin [mukhang] mag-tatay.”
Lopez, in turn, wrote, “Ikaw hindi pa kita nakikita, mukha ka ng uod.”

Leviste and Lopez, who share a 20-year age gap, made their relationship public earlier this year, although Leviste revealed in February that they had already been together for about seven months at the time.
“From day one, we connected well. I felt the spark and I’m happy where I am right now,” Leviste said.
Addressing naysayers, Lopez said, “I don’t know why, until now, age gaps in relationships are still a big problem for people. I’d rather choose a mature, smart, hardworking, and respectful partner over someone my age who lacks the ability to treat a woman well.”
