Buboy Villar mum on ex’s abuse claims, drops quote about unpredictable life

Buboy Villar has seemingly opted to remain silent amid accusations of cheating and physical abuse from his former partner Angillyn Gorens, with the actor only including a life quote on his most recent social media activity.

The actor-TV host shared a post from page Poet Circle through his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, March 27. No caption was included in the post.

“Life will never be completely predictable, and that’s the beauty of it. Embrace the changes, trust the timing, and know that every chapter has a purpose,” the quote reads.

Prior to this, Villar introduced to the public his new non-showbiz girlfriend Isay Sampiano and their baby.

Days after this revelation, Gorens claimed that the actor has been providing less financial support to their two children Vlanz and George since the arrival of his new child. Gorens also said that Villar’s statements about him caring for their kids are “far from the truth.”

Gorens then released a lengthy statement in which she claimed that Villar allegedly cheated on her, beat her and cursed at her when they were still together, and that these prompted her to break up with him.

She added that Villar rarely visits their kids—who are living with Gorens’ parents—and only spends a day with them.

“Oras na lang sana para sa mga bata, du’n na lang sana bumawi dahil siya lang ang meron ang mga bata,” she said. “Nasa America ako dahil need ko magtrabaho.”

Gorens’ statement, however, appears to have been taken down from her page as of this writing.
