After overcoming a hurdle that affected their family, Neri Naig and Chito Miranda celebrated their love by renewing their wedding vows.
Naig was earlier vindicated after the syndicated estafa and securities violation cases filed against her were dismissed for lack of probable cause. The complaints stemmed from her prior endorsement of embattled skincare company Dermacare.
Days after this, Miranda revealed via his Instagram page that he and Naig held a renewal of vows to celebrate their decade-long marriage. The couple celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary last December.
“Sa wakas. Ok lang na medyo na-delay. Ang importante, natuloy,” the Parokya ni Edgar frontman said in the caption.
“Hindi naman tayo nagmamadali. I’m not going anywhere, at habambuhay naman tayo magsasama. Hinding-hindi kita papabayaan,” he vowed, adding that the two of them are “tag team partners for life.”
The ceremony was held in an outdoor garden and was witnessed by a few guests.
“Ang swerte-swerte ko kasi mahal na mahal mo ‘ko. And even in my moments of doubt, you love me harder,” Naig told Miranda as part of her vow.
Also present at the couple’s special day were their children Pia, Miggy and Cash.
