Nadia Montenegro’s daughter Alyana Asistio now engaged to non-showbiz BF

Alyana Asistio, a celebrity chef and actress who is also the daughter of Nadia Montenegro, was over the moon as she got engaged to her non-showbiz partner Raymond Mendoza.
Asistio took to her Instagram page on Sunday, February 16 to announce her engagement to Mendoza, with pictures of her emerald-cut engagement ring, as well as an intimate gathering with her partner, Montenegro, and her soon-to-be parents-in-law.
“I always tell you that you’re the best decision I’ve ever made, and saying ‘yes’ to a lifetime with you would be the greatest answered prayer of my life. I’m a fiancee,” she captioned her post.

In a separate post, Asistio expressed her gratitude to God for “molding [her] into the best version” of herself before getting engaged to Mendoza. She also spoke about how she and her partner “[chose] purity,” noting it as the “hardest yet most meaningful commitment” they made as a couple.
“Choosing purity with Bryan has been the hardest yet most meaningful commitment we’ve made to You, to ourselves, and to our parents. And now, I can finally say that the first time I kiss my future husband will be in front of You. I love You, Lord. Thank You for giving me my lifetime.

Asistio is Montenegro’s daughter with the late Caloocan City Mayor Boy Asistio, along with five other daughters, namely Alyssa, Alynna, Anykka, Samantha, and Yisha, and a son named Alexander. Montenegro also has another daughter by actor Baron Geisler, Sophia.
Before focusing on her career as a chef and restaurateur, she appeared in the shows “The Seed of Love” and “The World Between Us,” as well as the films “She’s Dating the Gangster” and “Everyday I Love You.”
