Aly Borromeo spends Valentine’s Day with mystery girl

Aly Borromeo gave a peek at his Valentine’s Day celebration with a woman whose face he did not reveal, amid rumors of his reconciliation with his actress ex-girlfriend KC Concepcion.

Borromeo shared a photo of him and a woman in which their faces are close to each other, through his Instagram Stories on Friday, Feb. 14. The mystery girl’s face was covered with a heart sticker.

“Happy Valentine’s!” the Filipino-American football player’s brief caption said, along with a heart emoji.

No further hints on the identity of his date were immediately stated.

Concepcion and Borromeo made their relationship public in 2016 then reportedly broke up in 2018.

Speculations that they got back together arose in the latter part of 2024 after the actress attended a football event last October where Borromeo was present.

At the time, Concepcion shared photos from the event, one of which interestingly included Borromeo. The footballer’s sister also noticeably left a comment on the actress’ post, saying, “Love this. Wish I was there with you, guys.”

Concepcion and Borromeo have yet to comment on the speculations as of this writing. Concepcion’s mom, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, likewise has remained mum on the matter.

“I think you should ask KC. She’s old na eh,” Cuneta said. “I don’t want to betray her trust naman. She’s a full-fledged adult. You can ask her. She’ll be happy to tell you. I don’t think it is my place to talk about her personal life.”
