BTS’ J-Hope gives Niana Guerrero follow-back on TikTok

Filipina dancer and social media personality Niana Guerrero is living every ARMY’s (BTS fan) dream as she received a follow back from J-Hope, another member of the boy group, which comes after she got followed back by member Jungkook in 2024.

On Friday, Feb. 7, Guerrero took to Instagram to share a screenshot of J-Hope’s following list on TikTok, which included her.

“That’s crazy,” Guerrero captioned her post.

J-Hope, who has 7.5 million followers, is only following five on the platform: BTS’ official account, his fellow member Jungkook, two luxury brands, and the new addition to the roster, Guerrero.

The moment immediately went viral on social media, with netizens labeling Guerrero as the “luckiest fan girl,” as she is now being followed by two of the seven members of BTS.

“The luckiest Filipino to be followed by two BTS members! Niana Guerrero, y’all!” wrote one fan on X.

As of writing, J-Hope and Guerrero’s separate covers of the “wall dance trend” are currently trending on TikTok with 25 million and 2.8 million views, respectively.

In 2024, Guerrero made headlines after she got noticed by Jungkook’ on Tiktok several times. 

Guerrero, the most-followed Filipino TikToker with 44.4 million followers, rose to fame for incredible dance covers that began with “Teach Me How to Dougie” when she was 5 and the “Despacito” cover at age 11.

Over the years, the 19-year-old content creator has met and collaborated with different international celebrities including Troye Sivan, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish and Meghan Trainor, among others.

Guerrero was also almost cast as a talent by one of South Korea’s biggest agencies, SM Entertainment, which manages many popular K-pop groups including Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, EXO, Red Velvet and aespa, among others.
