Aubrey Miles came to the defense of the drama series “Incognito” amid allegations that the show relied on green screen technology.
Miles, who admitted that she’s a big fan of the Daniel Padilla and Richard Gutierrez-starrer series, urged viewers to give proper credit to homegrown productions as she emphasized that Filipino talent can deliver high-quality content.
“Tigilan nyo na nga yung kaka green screen nyo sa INCOGNITO! Bigyan nyo naman ng credit ang production ng pinoy. Kaya naman pag gugustuhin. I’ve been following the show and walang halong kalokohan sila. Galing from production, wardrobe and artists. Winner!! Maging proud naman tayo!” she stressed on her Instagram page.

(Stop your green screen accusations against INCOGNITO! Give credit to Filipino production. Something can be achieved if we want it. I’ve been following the show, and they’re authentic. The production, wardrobe and artists are all great. Winner!! We should be proud!)
Miles’ statement came after netizens on social media accused the Netflix series of relying on green-screen effects after one scene of Jane de Leon from the show went viral on X.
Aside from Padilla and Gutierrez, “Incognito” also features Ian Veneracion, Kaila Estrada, Maris Racal, Baron Geisler and Anthony Jennings.
Miles’ remarks also came after the final episode of GMA Network’s “Widow’s War,” starring Bea Alonzo and Carla Abellana, sparked online buzz after its distinguishable use of green-screen effects in a pivotal scene.
