Hearts2Hearts, SM Entertainment’s newest girl group, is set for a highly anticipated debut on February 24.

SM surprised the audience by unveiling a teaser video announcing the group’s debut at the SM Town Live 2025 concert held at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome on Sunday, January 12.

The name Hearts2Hearts signifies the aspiration to connect with global fans through a unique, enchanting musical world, fostering a sense of togetherness and unity.

Comprising eight members, Hearts2Hearts is SM’s first new girl group in about five years, since aespa’s debut in 2020. Introduced to mark SM’s 30th anniversary, expectations are high for Hearts2Hearts. SM Entertainment is also home to such K-pop acts as Girls’ Generation and Red Velvet.

SM expressed confidence in the group, stating, “With our unparalleled cultural heritage and meticulous planning, we will showcase a distinct identity through music, performance and visuals that set us apart.”

The promotional campaign for Hearts2Hearts’ debut is to kick off at the end of this month.

“SMTown Live 2025 in SEOUL” will take place at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on Jan. 11-12, featuring numerous artists represented by the K-pop powerhouse such as Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, SHINee’s Key and Minho, EXO’s Suho and Chanyeol, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, aespa, RIIZE, NCT WISH, Naevis and DJ Raiden.
