Megan Young and Mikael Daez are excited to welcome their bundle of joy after discovering that the baby they are expecting is a boy.
Daez announced that he and Young are expecting a baby boy in a clip on his Instagram page on Saturday, Dec. 28. The video showed the couple being informed of the results of their baby’s gender test, which shocked them and made them happy with how it turned out.
Young and Daez then organized an intimate gender-reveal party for their loved ones, where the Miss World 2013 titleholder popped a balloon with blue confetti, revealing that they’re welcoming a baby boy soon.
“Gender reveal!!! We set up the studio for our fun get together and asked everyone to come in either pink or blue to see kung ano ang hula nila (their guesses)! Good times,” Daez captioned his post.
The couple was congratulated by fellow celebrities Andi Eigenmann, Rocco Nacino, Iya Villania, Lianne Valentin, Chariz Solomon, Iza Calzado and Glaiza de Castro in the comments.

Earlier this month, Young and Daez, who wed in 2020, announced that their first baby is on the way.
The former beauty queen previously spoke about her fears of getting pregnant in September 2022, saying she was scared of the changes her body would go through. Despite this, Young said she would embrace the unknown.
