Enchong Dee looks back on friendship with Erich Gonzales

Fans of former love-team partners Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales were delighted after the actor treated them to more moments from their over a decade of friendship.

Dee made a compilation of their photos and shared this through his TikTok page last Saturday, Dec. 7. The post included snaps of the pair bonding over a meal and biking, also showing what appears to be their home visits.

“Since ’09,” he captioned his post.

Fans then expressed their admiration for how Dee and Gonzales have kept their “platonic friendship” since they starred in the 2009 TV series “Katorse.” Some even hoped for the pair’s comeback project.

Meanwhile, there were also those who poked fun at the actor for choosing Over October’s love song “Ikot” as his post’s background music.

“Ikaw lang at ikaw ang sinisigaw/ Ng puso kong ‘di mapakali/ Ikaw lang at ikaw ang sinisigaw/ Pag-ibig ko’y sana mapansin,” the lyric of the song goes.

Aside from “Katorse,” Dee and Gonzales also starred in the films “Paano Ko Sasabihin” (2009), “I Do” (2010) and “Once a Princess” (2014).

While Dee has remained active in show business, Gonzales has been in hiatus since her ABS-CBN TV series “La Vida Lena,” which ended in February 2022.

Gonzales also got married to businessman Mateo Lorenzo in 2022.
