Filipino-German beauty queen Maureen Wroblewitz once again put on her Philippine sash as she made a recent appearance on the pageantry episode of the American police procedural series “FBI: Most Wanted.”
On Dec. 4, Wroblewitz took to Instagram to share her photos wearing a shimmering black gown and a Philippine sash. She also included the series’ poster and the list of cast members for the episode.
“Representing the Philippines wherever I go. I was finally able to wear the Philippines sash across my heart, but it’s not for what you think,” she captioned her post, asking her followers to watch the episode.
This season’s episode 6, titled “Pageantry,” opened with Wroblewitz representing the Philippines and Miss Honduras vying for the crown as Miss Glamour Globe.
“I’m so grateful to be standing here tonight. All of us are winners,” said Wroblewitz’s character Rosa Martinez.
Miss Philippines was then announced as the first runner-up. After Miss Honduras was crowned, she died on live broadcast as she had been poisoned by the sash she was given after winning.
The other beauty queens assumed Miss Philippines was behind the murder, which made the FBI investigate her. Prior to her flight back to Manila, authorities found Miss Philippines murdered in a hotel room by the same poison that killed Miss Honduras.
The episode progressed as the FBI tried to catch who was responsible for the murder of the two beauty queens.
“FBI: Most Wanted” is the first spin-off of Dick Wolf’s drama “FBI.” It is currently in its sixth season. It stars Dylan McDermott, Kellan Lutz, Roxy Sternberg, and Keisha Castle-Hughes, among others.
