Vice Ganda is mothering in ‘And the Breadwinner Is…’ poster

Vice Ganda took the reins to support his family, as revealed in the poster of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2024 entry “And the Breadwinner Is…”, which also stars Eugene Domingo, Jhong Hilario, Maris Racal, and Anthony Jennings.

Led by the “It’s Showtime” host, the poster for the MMFF 2024 entry was revealed at a kickoff event at the Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna on Sunday, December 1. He was accompanied by Racal, Jennings, Lassy Marquez, Petite, Argus, and Kulot at the event.

The poster featured Vice Ganda carrying a huge plate of pastries while Racal, Jennings, Domingo, Hilario, Marquez, Gladys Reyes, Kokoy de Santos, Malou de Guzman, Petite, Argus, and Kulot.

The film tells the story of Bambi Salvador (Vice Ganda), tasked with being the family’s breadwinner, who works as an overseas Filipino worker in Taiwan. In hopes of his family’s home in Pampanga receiving proper repairs, he then comes home, only to discover it in disarray.

“And the Breadwinner Is…” is directed by Jun Robles Lana, and its screenplay was written by Lana, Daisy Cayanan, and Jumbo Albano.
