Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo gave her fans a closer look at the evening gown she was supposed to wear in the finals of Miss Universe 2024.
The Philippine bet took to Instagram to share multiple photos of her donning the Manny Halasan Tiffany gown, which the designer described as the look that showed “modern glamour” and “timeless grace.”
The pearl white gown with sea green or tiffany blue around the edges features a plunging V-neckline and a form-fitting silhouette, adorned with intricate beading and shimmering sequins, and paired by ostrich feathers on each side.
“She comes in with a soft armor covered in Ostrich Feathers ready to unleash what she is authentically made of… simple yet strong, subtle but remarkable. Every step, every turn, and every air that breathes into this gown is magic that cannot be ignored. The Queen has arrived,” read the caption, quoting Halasan.

In a separate post, Manalo described the gown as “Perlas ng Silanganan” (Pearl of the Orient), the Philippines’ nickname.

In the recently concluded Miss Universe in Mexico, Manalo fell short to bring home the crown after she failed to secure a spot in the Top 12 of the competition.
Despite the coronation night results, the 26-year-old Filipina titleholder made history after she was crowned as the first Miss Universe Asia in a separate ceremony.
Fellow beauty queens Michelle Dee, Shamcey Supsup, MJ Lastimosa, and Celeste Cortesi recently applauded Manalo for her noteworthy Miss Universe performance.
