Philippine bet Angelica Lopez, along with Czech Republic’s Alina Dementjeva and Mexico’s Valeria Villanueva, landed on the list of Miss International 2024 frontrunners by global pageant observer Missosology.
On the Top 20 list released on Tuesday, Nov. 12, hours before the coronation night, Lopez ranked sixth while Dementjeva and Villanueva respectively placed first and second.
Dementjeva was described as a “sizzling hot blonde bombshell with a lithe figure and a head-turning beauty.”
“Her country is yet to win the crown but Miss International is known to favor European beauties and Alina is the strongest from the continent,” the pageant platform further said.
Missosology then stated that Villanueva’s Latina beauty is “hard to miss,” as she caught the attention of beauty experts even before the competition started.
Other standouts among the candidates are Colombia’s Juanita Urrea, Australia’s Selina McCloskey and Nigeria’s Perpetual Ukadike.
