Two faces of leadership

True leaders are missed; corrupt officials are dismissed.

Real leaders want to serve; fake leaders want to be served.

Leaders taste happiness in helping others.  Self-centered people don’t want to be bothered.

Real public servants go beyond duty; selfish officials only work for their salary and more money.

Service means doing what needs to be done;  playing means only doing what is fun.

Leaders inspire others by their good example.  Selfish officials create anxiety and suffering.

A leader serves and cares; a fake leader doesn’t want to really share.

A real leader knows it is better to give than to receive; a selfish person earns wealth because he deceives.

It is better to be an honest public servant than a despised, self-serving official.

The rewards of honest servants are not of this world.   They see what is precious, what is real and what is beyond the material dimension!
