Actress Barbie Imperial organized a donation drive for her Kababayans in Bicol region amid the onslaught of tropical storm Kristine.

Imperial took to her social media accounts to express her devastation over the onslaught of storm Kristine in her hometown.

She also included an art card containing her information for those who wanted to donate to help the affected areas.

Sama-sama tayong bumangon. Mahal kong Bicol, andito po ako para sainyo,” she captioned her post.

(Sad to think of the damage caused by Hurricane Kristine. Many families have lost their homes and they need our help. Let’s rise together. My dear Bicol, I’m here for you.)

On Facebook, Imperial shared that they have managed to raise almost P82,000 in donations so far.

Diyos Mabalos!” she stated.

(We raised Php 81,896 for our fellow Bicolanos. We will buy food, rice, canned goods, and other necessities. We will start repacking tomorrow so that we can deliver the help immediately. Thank you very much to those who donated. God will return the favor.)

The 26-year-old actress then shared the photos of the relief goods they packed and will be giving away to the affected families.
