Actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi shared that she had to be rushed back to the hospital for an undisclosed condition.

Alawi took to Instagram to share a photo of her lying in a hospital bed with her dextrose showing.

“Had to be rushed back to the hospital since my body didn’t recover well [sad emoj],” she wrote.

Two days ago, Alawi took to her Instagram story to say that she is now ready to go back to work after a few days’ hospitalization.

Meanwhile, Alawi recently made headlines after she told her followers that she is not interested in joining politics amid her fellow vloggers filing their certificates of candidacy for the 2025 midterm elections.

“Why should I run? I don’t know anything about politics. I don’t know anything about making laws, and maybe if I would ever join politics, I should at least study for about three to four years, because I don’t want to put our country at risk. Why would I endeavor to do something without preparing for it?” she said via a TikTok video.

The former “Batang Quiapo” actress affirmed that she extends help to her fellow Filipinos despite being out of politics.
