Iya Villania admits worries over fifth pregnancy at 38
Iya Villania, 38, got candid about her age and carrying her baby No. 5 with husband Drew Arellano, saying she has worries but that she’s “trusting [her] body” in her pregnancy journey.
The actress-TV host said this while showing herself working out and lifting weights, through her Instagram page last Oct. 11.
“[Three] rounds (High effort) but I did ‘tamang buntis effort,'” she said in the caption. “Moving while I still can. [Fifth] pregnancy and just doing what I’ve done in the past.”
“Can’t help but also worry at times because I am 38 years old with this pregnancy,” she admitted. “But I like to trust that my body will honor the work that I’ve put in and as long as I also honor and respect my body through this journey, it will tell me what I need to do.”
Villania then expressed the hope that her faith will sustain her as she takes care of the child in her womb while attending to her four other children.
