Sandro Muhlach reunites with mom Edith: I feel stronger with you by my side

Sandro Muhlach could not seem to contain his joy after a surprise visit from his United States-based mom Edith Millare, whom the actor regards as his “constant source of strength and comfort” amid his recent trauma.
Sandro was sitting at a restaurant when Millare—who was celebrating her birthday—suddenly rushed to him and covered his eyes, as seen in the video on his Instagram page on Monday, Sept. 23.
When Millare removed her hands from his face, Sandro froze in surprise and turned speechless. Millare then became emotional as she gave her son a long, tight hug.
In the caption, Sandro dedicated an appreciation message to Millare, describing the latter as the “strongest woman” he knows.
“…I am so lucky to have you as my mom. Your love and kindness mean more to me than you know,” he began. “Thank you for being there for me during one of the hardest times in my life.”
Article continues after this advertisementWhile Sandro did not expound, it can be noted that he is in an ongoing legal battle with GMA independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, who allegedly sexually abused him.
Article continues after this advertisement“When I felt overwhelmed by my trauma, you were a constant source of strength and comfort,” Sandro continued, addressing Millare. “I’m still finding my way, but I feel stronger knowing that I have you by my side.”
“I hope you know how much I appreciate everything you’ve done not just during this time, but always,” he added. “Thank you for surprising me even [though it’s] your birthday. [You’re] the best mom I could ever ask for.”
Concluding his message, he stated, “I love you more than words can express.”

Sandro is the only child of Millare and her ex-husband, former child star Niño Muhlach. Aside from Sandro, both Millare and Niño have other children from their current relationships.
