Alodia Gosiengfiao and her non-showbiz husband, businessman Christopher Quimbo, announced that they are about to become parents to a little boy.
Gosiengfiao and Quimbo confirmed their first baby’s gender in a joint Instagram post on Sunday, Sept. 8. The video showed the couple playing a game of simulation golf at a game venue in Alabang, with the businessman discovering their baby’s gender.
After Quimbo hit the club, blue smoke came out from one of the censors, revealing that the couple will welcome a baby boy.
“BabyQ is a…#GenderReveal,” the couple captioned their post, while referring to their child.
The couple was congratulated by their followers and friends in the comments, including celebrity events host Tim Yap, actress-model Joyce Pring, and singer-songwriter Yeng Constantino.
Content creators Vern Enciso, Verniece Enciso, Tricia Gosingtian, and Myrtle Sarrosa also sent their well-wishes to Gosiengfiao and Quimbo.
Gosiengfiao and Quimbo confirmed that they’re expecting their first child in June 2024. The announcement came four months after tying the knot at the Marriott Hotel in Pasay City.
The cosplayer-internet personality previously expressed her hopes of having two children in a past interview, saying she wanted to have a boy and a girl.
