Darren Espanto has nothing but gratitude as he was able to purchase a Cadillac Escalade, the luxury vehicle he had been eyeing since he was younger.

The 23-year-old singer-actor showed off his black SUV as well as a clip of him driving it, through his Instagram page on Wednesday, Sept. 4.

“Made another big boy purchase!” he exclaimed in the caption. “Very grateful for all of God’s blessings.”

Fans and fellow celebrities were wowed by Espanto’s recent purchase, with Bela Padilla asking the singer to host a roadtrip. Veteran singer Regine Velasquez also said via the comments section that she’s proud of Espanto, jokingly asking the singer for a ride.

Aside from being a performer in “ASAP Natin ‘To,” Espanto is also one of the hosts of the noontime show “It’s Showtime.”

Meanwhile, the singer earlier opened up about his health and revealed that he underwent surgery due to appendicitis. This affected Espanto’s schedule as he had to cancel a few shows including his appearance at a festival in Samar.
