Celebrity couple KZ Tandingan and TJ Monterde sent netizens into “love” and “kilig” mode as they recently released a duet of the romantic song “Palagi” to celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary.
“Palagi,” which was originally sung by Monterde, is currently gaining popularity on social media, specifically on TikTok. With the current version, Tandingan joined her husband for a duet.
The song has accumulated 1 million streams on Spotify in just one day.
The pair celebrated the milestone on Instagram with the caption, “1 MILLION, 1 DAY!!! AAAAAHHH! Sobrang (Very) overwhelming. Grabe (wow). Salamat sa pagmamahal (Thank you for the love) — PALAGI (always) [shining emoji] nakailang plays ka? (How many times did you press play?)”
In a separate post, Monterde penned an anniversary message for his wife, sharing a carousel of their never-before-seen photos. “Ikaw noon, ikaw ngayon, ikaw pa rin, ikaw lang — palagi (You are the one before, right now, and for always). Happy anniversary, KZ,” he wrote in the caption.
Fellow celebrities, including Dominic Roque and Yeng Constantino, joined them in celebrating their anniversary and also congratulated the couple for the release of their duet.
“Dzai and Dong congrats! Proud ako sainyong dalawa (I’m proud of you two),” wrote Constantino.

After five years of being in a relationship, Tandingan and Monterde got engaged on Dec. 30, 2019, and tied the knot on Aug. 28, 2020, at The Farm at San Benito in Batangas at the height of the COVID-19 lockdown.
In 2023, as they celebrated their third year as husband and wife, the couple held a second wedding to celebrate with their parents and friends from the industry.
