BTS’ Jin is set to captivate viewers with his sense of humor as he was announced to be part of the cast of the variety show “Kian’s Bizarre B&B.”
Jin (whose real name is Kim Seok-jin) will be joining South Korean actress Ji Ye-eun, according to a press statement from a Korean streaming platform on Wednesday, August 28. The show will be released sometime in 2025.

“Kian’s Bizarre B&B” will be led by entertainer Kim Hee-nim, also known as Kian84, who runs a “quirky guesthouse” in South Korea’s Ulluengdo Island. It will also feature “several youths” enjoying lighthearted interactions with one another, per Korean media outlet Newsen.
Jung Hyo-min, Lee So-min, and Hwang Yoon-seo are listed as the show’s creators, as seen on the streaming platform’s website.
Ji, who made her acting debut in 2017, is best known for her appearances in the variety shows “Running Man” and “SNL Korea.” She appeared in the K-dramas “Yellow” and “How-To.”
Meanwhile, Jin debuted as the vocalist and visual of BTS in June 2013. He is also the first member of the K-pop powerhouse to be discharged from the military in June 2024. Apart from his roles in BTS, Jin is known as one of the funniest members in the group’s variety show appearances and other group-centered content.
Jin made his solo debut in October 2022 with the single “The Astronaut.” Per South Korean conglomerate HYBE, he is set to release his solo album in the “second half of 2024,” although details are kept under wraps.
