Michelle Madrigal celebrated her first month of being married to her non-showbiz husband Kevin Neal, and declared that her life has been “softer and sweeter” with him.
Madrigal, who is based in the United States, spoke about their relationship while showing moments from their civil wedding, through her Instagram page on Friday, Aug. 23.
“One month of marriage with the man who makes life softer and sweeter. Grateful for a partner who listens, cares, and loves us both—my daughter and me,” she said, referring to Anika, her child with her former husband Troy Woolfolk.
“Together, we honor God and cherish each other, building a love that grows stronger every day,” she added. “I love you handsome!”
The couple also celebrated the milestone by going on a date night, as seen on Madrigal’s Instagram Stories.

Madrigal first hinted at being in a new relationship in May after she shared an Instagram video of her date night with her “fiancé.”
Weeks later, the actress confirmed that she was already engaged to her new beau, although she did not disclose Neal’s identity at the time.
Madrigal then revealed in July that she tied the knot with Neal in a courthouse wedding in Austin, Texas.
