“Ang nangyari, na-conclude na ng NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) ang kanilang imbestigasyon after nila makalap ang lahat ng ebidensya at nakuha ang statement ng mga testigo at nagcoordinate na kami sa isa’t isa as lawyer ni Sandro,” the lawyer said.

“Nakapag-officially file na kami ng charges against them; it is rape through sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness. The evidence is strong; we will get justice. Nasa DOJ na ito so magkakaroon na ng preliminary investigation,” she added.

For his part, Muhlach refused to comment, saying that “the truth will prevail.”

The actor submitted a formal complaint against the two over what transpired after the network’s gala night on July 20.
