Sophie Albert embraces full-time motherhood for now
While she admitted she feels pressured over not “accomplishing anything” in her showbiz career at the moment, Sophie Albert opted to temporarily take a break and focus more on her family.
The actress opened up about this in a vlog with her husband, actor Vin Abrenica, and their daughter Ava, on her YouTube channel on Sunday, Aug. 4.
“Lately, I’ve been really embracing motherhood more. As Ava was getting bigger, I was also getting pressured when it comes to my career,” she said.
“Now, I just realized that they’re only gonna be young for a short time, and I just really wanna embrace being a mom. I’m just gonna be here for her for as long as she needs me to be here for her,” she added.
Albert said she doesn’t want to miss anything anymore when it comes to Ava and her second child, whom they are set to welcome in a few weeks.

I know I’m gonna regret it if I don’t immerse myself or go fully into my motherhood journey, because it’s only gonna be a short while,” she said.

Albert’s second pregnancy was then announced to the public last July.
