K-pop powerhouse Seventeen will release their 12th mini-album and will kick off their “Seventeen Right Here” world tour in October, agency Pledis Entertainment announced.
In a statement on Monday, Aug. 5, Pledis bared the 13-member group’s plans for the second half of 2024, which includes the release of their 12th mini-album, a Japanese single album and “Seventeen Right Here” world tour with legs in South Korea, Japan, North America and Asia.
“Thank you, Carats, for your continued love for Seventeen. We would like to provide you with some information on Seventeen’s activities in the second half of 2024. Seventeen has successfully completed their activities and a stadium tour with their best album this past spring, and they are now working towards their 12th mini album coming this October,” Pledis began while addressing the K-pop group’s dedicated legion of fans.
“Seventeen will be meeting Carats and performing their new songs off their 12th mini album on their new tour series titled ‘Seventeen Right Here’ world tour, which will be held across Korea, the United States, and Asia. They will also be going on a dome tour and releasing a single album in Japan,” the label added.

The music label said Seventeen’s members are “determined” to “connect” with their fans with their upcoming set of activities.
“The members of Seventeen are determined to connect with Carats from different regions through their music and performances. Please send your love and support to Seventeen, returning with a new release and a world tour after two years. We will provide further information on the album and the concert series through separate notices in the near future. Stay tuned for more content Seventeen is working hard on to better connect with even more fans.”
Details on their upcoming mini-album are yet to be announced as of posting time.
The upcoming EP comes six months after their greatest hits album “17 Is Right Here.” Consisting of 33 tracks including the unit songs “Cheers to Youth (vocal unit),” “Lalali (hip-hop unit)” and “Spell (performance unit),” the compilation album set a record on the Oricon chart, topping its weekly combined album ranking for the 12th time. This extended Seventeen’s record as the longest-charting international artist. The record is also the only K-pop album this year to sell over three million units.
The 13-member act’s encore tour in Japan and Korea earlier this year drew 380,000 fans. They are also set to headline Lollapalooza Berlin in September.
