Mo Twister confirmed to the public his separation from his wife Angelika Schmeing, popularly known as Angelicopter, saying the latter “dumped” him on their third wedding anniversary in June.
“I got dumped on our third year wedding anniversary,” Mo said in the episode 56 of his podcast “Good Times with Mo: The Podcast Year 13” shared last June 28.
“I don’t think she knew it was our wedding anniversary… That sucks for me,” he continued.
Mo recalled having an “avalanche of b*llsh*t” as the separation also happened days before Father’s Day and their son’s birthday.
Subsequently, Schmeing reportedly confirmed in an Instagram live that she and Mo had been having marital problems since January. She further stressed that a reconciliation is already off the table for them.
“She said no chance for reconciliation on her side,” Mo, in turn, said in his podcast last July 4. “Sometimes I always feel it’s a little self-centered to say there’s no chance we’re getting back together. Well, both of us have to agree to that.”
While mum on the reason behind their separation, Mo dismissed the apparent third-party allegations that involve one of his podcast co-hosts.
“I think both of us have screwed up in varying degrees early on… We didn’t start right; we were [in] different relationships,” he said of his relationship with Schmeing . “It’s ugly and I don’t wanna talk about it.”
Mo and Schmeing, who are both based in the United States, had been together for years before they tied the knot in Iceland in 2021.
The former couple has a daughter named Amsterdam. They also lived together with Schmeing’s son from a previous relationship.
