Myrna Esguerra of Abra and Christal Dela Cruz of Zambales are the candidates who dominated the special awards of the Binibining Pilipinas 2024 coronation night, bringing home several of the national tilt’s special plums.
Before announcing the Top 15 semifinalists, special awards covering the pageant’s sponsors, national costume, swimsuit, and evening gown portions were revealed on Sunday night, July 7, at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Esguerra bagged the swimsuit, evening gown, and one of the national costume special awards, while Dela Cruz brought home many of the sponsor-centered awards.
Here are the special awards given at the Binibining Pilipinas 2024 pageant:
- Best in Swimsuit – Myrna Esguerra (Binibini 40, Abra)
- Best in Evening Gown – Myrna Esguerra (Binibini 40, Abra)
- Face of Binibini – Maria Flordeliz Mabao (Binibini 39, Rizal)
- Binibining Friendship – Roselyn Evardo (Binibini 29, Manila)
- Best in National Costumes: Myrea Manely Caccam (Binibini 16, Oriental Mindoro); Joyce Ann Garduque (Binibini 23, Quezon Province); Monica Acuno (Binibini 24, Kalayaan, Laguna); Zianah Joy Famy (Binibini 31, Cavite); Myrna Esguerra (Binibini 40, Abra)
- Binibining Pizza Hut – Christal Jean Dela Cruz (Binibini 10, Zambales)
