MANILA, Philippines—Your favorite Disney characters in a fun-filled live stage show that both kids and adults will enjoy? The Disney Live! Mickey’s Rockin Road Show promises just that.

Kids were treated at a pre-show party at Topaz Suites Gateway Mall Saturday, where they participated in exciting games and met Mickey and Minnie Mouse, the lead characters of the upcoming Disney Show.

“What really sets Disney Live! Mickey’s Rockin Road Show apart is that it incorporates classic Disney characters in a set of silly ‘cartoon rules’ where anything can happen and fun knows no boundaries,” said producer Kenneth Feld.

Produced by Feld Entertainment, the show revolves on a road trip and a talent search adventure, featuring Disney characters such as Tigger, Cinderella and her stepsisters, Buzz Lightyear, Woody and friends from Toy Story, Mickey and Minne Mouse, Goofy and Donald Duck.

The show also features performances of the Disney characters in a sing and dance to a mix of hip Disney tunes, according to Vivre Fort Entertainment, the local partner of the Disney show.

“Through the incorporation of a giant video screen and multiple scenic projection panels, audiences are able to enjoy a truly visual experience as the scenic backdrop takes them through the country hillsides, a cactus-filled desert, a royal village and other picturesque locales,” it said.

“As Mickey and his pals team up to put up on their own show, the audience will experience all the excitement, humor, hijinks and spontaneity inherent in both road trips and talent show. They will be reminded of the fun that ensues when friends work together,” said producer Alana Feld.

The show will run from September 5 to 15 at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
