‘Sweet Home 3’ starring Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook to premiere on July 19
“Sweet Home 3” — which stars Song Kang and Lee Jin-wook — will revolve around the final battle between “humans, monsters, and neohumans” as it’s set to premiere on July 19.
The premiere date of “Sweet Home’s” final installment was confirmed in a press statement, which would focus on the ultimate showdown between Hyun-su (Song Kang) and Sang-wook (Lee Jin-wook).
“Sweet Home 3” director Lee Eung-bok hoped audiences would “root for their favorite ones” as they dealt with the final battle in their “own ways.”
“There is a variety of characters, so I hope viewers will root for their favorite ones as they all fight in their own ways, from the battle between Sang-wook — who has turned evil — and Hyun-su, who longs to preserve his humanity; Yi-kyung, who fights to protect Kid; and Sergeant Tak, who feels responsible for the survivors’ safety,” he said.
The trailer showing a glimpse of the final season showed Hyun-su reuniting with Eun-hyeok (Lee Do-hyun) where they immediately battled one another. A peek of the former’s clash with Sang-wook was also shown.
