Despite fulfilling their mandatory enlistment, fans of BTS’ Jimin and Jungkook have a chance to learn more about their friendship and love for travel in the new reality series “Are You Sure?!” set for an August 8 release.
The reality series shows BTS’ Jimin and Jungkook giving a glimpse of their friendship, traveling across New York and Connecticut in the US, Jeju in South Korea, and Sapporo, Japan, per a press statement from a streaming service.
Split into eight episodes, the BTS members will share “countless stories and laugh-out-loud moments” throughout their trip, along with them shopping, eating, going on road trips, and even enjoying a canoe ride together.
The BTS members had already finished filming the series before their mandatory service, per the streaming platform. Jimin and Jungkook entered the military in December 2023 and will be likely discharged in June 2025.
Jimin debuted as the main dancer and lead vocalist of BTS. He made his solo debut in March 2023 with his first solo album “Face,” and is set to drop his sophomore record “Muse” on July 19, 2024.
Meanwhile, Jungkook made his debut as the center, main vocalist, and lead dancer of the seven-member supergroup. He kicked off his solo career in July 2023 with the smash hit “Seven,” and released his first studio album four months later.
