Ruffa Gutierrez joins Catriona Gray, Kylie Verzosa as Bb. Pilipinas 2024 hosts
Ruffa Gutierrez has joined the already stellar lineup of hosts for the 2024 Binibining Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night, the national pageant organization announced on social media on Tuesday evening, July 2, after adding musicians TJ Monterde and Maki to the list of musical performers for the evening.
The pageant already announced during the preliminary events the return of 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray, 2016 Miss Grand International first runner-up Nicole Cordoves and 2014 Bb. Pilipinas Universe Mary Jean Lastimosa as hosts for this year’s finale show, with the addition of 2016 Miss International Kylie Verzosa to the all-female hosting team.
Gutierrez is also a Binibini sister to the four queens, having been crowned Bb. Pilipinas-World in 1993, making her the country’s official delegate to the Miss World pageant that year, where she finished third overall.
Phenomenal P-Pop boy group SB19 will also return to the Bb. Pilipinas stage two years since debuting their take to the iconic pageant theme dubbed “Win Your Heart,” with Martin Nievera and Gary Valenciano also slated to perform. The addition of Monterde and Maki has boosted the all-male lineup of performers for the ceremonies.
The powerhouse assembly of beauties and musicians as hosts and performers just highlights how big of a celebration the national pageant is preparing for its 60th anniversary. The coronation night will also have the biggest reunion of Bb. Pilipinas queens on one stage.

Pilipinas pageant does not release the names of the people who will serve as judges. They have always been known only during the actual program, every year.
The 2024 Bb. Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum at the Araneta City in Quezon City on Sunday, July 7. Forty ladies from all over the country are competing to succeed reigning queens Angelica Lopez and Anna Lakrini.
Two titles are at stake, Bb. Pilipinas International and Bb. Pilipinas Globe, with the winners set to represent the Philippines in the 63rd Miss International pageant in 2025, and the 2024 Miss Globe contest later this year.
