Ryan Bang elated as parents, girlfriend’s family meet in Korea

Ryan Bang flew to South Korea along with his non-showbiz girlfriend Paola Huyong and her family, where they all bonded with the actor-TV host’s Korean parents.
Bang gave a glimpse of their meeting which he regarded as an “answered prayer,” through his Instagram page on Monday, June 24.
The Bang family shared a meal with Huyong’s parents and siblings, with the “It’s Showtime” host’s mom and dad even carrying and playing with Huyong’s nephews.
“Year 2005, isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit ako nagpunta ng Philippines ay dahil naghiwalay ‘yung parents ko,” Bang said in the caption.
“Araw-araw kong pinagpi-pray kay God na sana dumating ulit ‘yung araw na magkasama ulit kami kahit sa isang dinner lang, at ngayon answered prayer talaga na nagkasama kami ulit at ang pamilya ni Paola. Wala talagang imposible kay Lord,” he further declared.

Bang also shared a two-part YouTube vlog of their Korea trip, documenting their visit to tourist spots in Seoul and Nami Island, among others.
Bang confirmed being in a relationship in August 2023, although he did not immediately disclose Huyong’s identity at the time. A month later, the TV host revealed that he already introduced his girlfriend to his family in South Korea.
Bang then shared public photos with Huyong during a Hong Kong trip with his fellow “It’s Showtime” hosts in October of the same year. Bang has also been seen spending holidays with Huyong’s family.
