Fans of BINI—dubbed as Blooms—were concerned after noticing that the accounts of the P-pop girl group members, except that of Jhoanna Robles, were banned from video platform TikTok.

The pages of Aiah Arceta, Colet Vergara, Maloi Ricalde, Gwen Apuli, Stacey Sevilleja, Mikha Lim and Sheena Catacutan cannot be accessed as of Saturday afternoon, June 15.

Netizens took to X (formerly Twitter) to call on the platform’s management and BINI’s record label Star Music Philippines to take action on the incident.

Maloi then expressed dismay via her X page, although she did not explicitly state if she was indeed referring to the TikTok incident.

“Nakikita namin kayo. Tandaan niyo ‘yan,” she said without expounding.

The group’s management already released a statement on the matter, saying they “reached out to TikTok to request their assistance in recovering the banned accounts.”

“Additionally, we have been in constant communication with them regarding the verification of BINI’s TikTok profiles,” it noted.

BINI made their debut in 2021 with their single “Born to Win.” They recently celebrated their third anniversary with sold-out “BINIverse” concerts.

The eight-member group, known for their hit songs “Pantropiko,” “Karera,” “Salamin, Salamin,” among many others, is also set to hold shows in Baguio, Cebu and General Santos City in July, and in Canada in August.
