R&B powerhouse Chris Brown got stuck in midair during a performance in New Jersey and was eventually rescued by staff with a ladder.

In a video circulating on TikTok, the American singer handled the malfunction professionally while hanging upside down, continuing his performance of his 2019 hit “Under the Influence,” at the same time trying to signal the staff of his situation.

According to the uploader of the video, Brown was already hanging in midair for a while before the staff realized the malfunction, and in a report by People Magazine, the singer became stuck in midair “due to a glitch in his suspension wires.”

In some of the angles of the video, the “Sensational” singer appeared already irritated with the situation but tried to compose himself to carry on with his show.

In a separate clip, the entertainer was finally rescued by a large ladder and was seen belting out his frustration to one of the crew once he reached the ground.
