Gerald Anderson is one of the actors with an impressive roster of ex-girlfriends, and when asked if he is willing to work with any of them in the future, the actor gave an enthusiastic answer.
“Grabe naman. Of course. Sino ba naman ako para hindi,” he told Karen Davila in an interview for the latter’s recent YouTube vlog.
Anderson’s ex-girlfriends include Kim Chiu, Bea Alonzo, Maja Salvador, and rumored exes Sarah Geronimo and Pia Wurtzbach.
Anderson’s current girlfriend, Julia Barretto, is set to work with her own ex-boyfriend, Joshua Garcia, in an upcoming movie, “Un/happy for You.”
In a previous interview, the “Budoy” actor expressed his support when asked about the reunion movie of his girlfriend and Garcia.
“It’s exciting,” he said. “I’m not sure ilang years ago sila huling nagkasama, but I’ve been in that situation. Alam ko na marami silang mapapasaya na mga fans nila. They’re both great actors.”
Meanwhile, when asked if he’s ready to settle down with Barretto, Anderson affirmed that he is, given his current age, 35.
“Everything na ginagawa ko ngayon is because alam ko naman na malapit na ‘yon. Hindi na naman ako ‘yung 25-year-old na, ‘Hindi trabaho muna ako, career muna,’” he answered.
“Genuinely, lahat ng ginagawa ko sa career ko sa show business, sa pagiging businessman is leading up to that point,” continued the actor. “Siya talaga (she really is the one [I’m going to marry]).”
Despite getting caught up with cheating allegations and an overlapping timeline between Barretto and Alonzo, the Kapamilya actor confirmed his relationship with the former in 2021.
Earlier this year, Barretto and Alonzo appeared to have made up after they were spotted interacting and hugging at a recent party.
