Zsa Zsa Padilla’s surgery successful, says daughter

MANILA, Philippines—The surgical operation to remove a golf-ball sized tumor in the kidney of TV host-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla has been a success, daughter Zia Quizon confirmed via her official Facebook account.

In her shout-out Tuesday, she wrote: “Surgery was a success. As far as the doctors could tell, it has not spread anywhere else. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support.”

After the death of long-time partner, Rodolfo “Dolphy” Quizon, Padilla took some time off to grieve away from the public eye.
